You must pay us a deposit at the time of booking, unless it is within 12 weeks of departure, if the total amount of the booking is payable. The amount of the down payment is indicated by us or by your travel agency at the time of booking. If not indicated, this will be the amount we will ask you to pay if you book, even if it is 100% of the holiday price. If you pay less than the down payment under a reservation system with a small down payment, this is only part of the payment covered in this paragraph. They may also be required to pay for non-transferable and non-refundable goods, such as special flight fares and other applicable surcharges due at the time of booking. Some airfares are reserved for particularly competitive fares and airlines may be subject to strict restrictions. If a change in our costs results in a reduction in your vacation price, we do not refund amounts less than 2% of the price of your trip, which excludes insurance premiums, net and change costs, but we refund more than 2% in full, after deducting an administrative fee of $1.00 per person.
